Important Information About the Bouquet
- Composition style: the bouquet is arranged in a cascading style – it is not a round arrangement.
- Finished decorative product: the flowers, ribbon, decorative paper and floral film form one complete composition and are integral parts of the product. The floral film and decorative paper are not transport packaging.
- Ready-to-display composition: the bouquet is arranged in floral foam or a plastic container, which is completely covered with decorative floral film. This allows the composition to stand on its own and eliminates the need for an additional vase.
- How to use: the bouquet should be placed directly in the desired location. It should not be transferred to another container or vase, untied, unwrapped, taken apart, bent, rearranged, modified or have individual elements removed.
- Natural and handmade elements: the composition may contain real preserved, dried and dyed flowers, as well as handmade shola flowers.
- Structural elements: some flowers may be mounted on wooden or metal stems. This is an intentional structural feature designed to ensure durability, stability and appropriate height variation within the composition.
Important: the bouquet is a finished decorative composition. Unwrapping, bending, taking it apart, removing individual elements or changing the arrangement may cause permanent damage. Mechanical damage resulting from user interference does not constitute a product defect and is not grounds for a complaint or replacement. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to inspect it. If such interference results in a complete loss of the product's value, the amount to be refunded may be reduced accordingly, even to zero.
