- Complete decorative product: the flowers, ribbon, decorative paper and floral film form one complete arrangement and are integral parts of the product. The floral film and decorative paper are not transport packaging.
- Ready-to-display arrangement: the bouquet is secured in floral foam or a plastic container, completely covered with decorative floral film. This allows the arrangement to stand independently without an additional vase.
- Instructions for use: place the bouquet directly in the desired location. Do not transfer it to another container or vase, untie it, unwrap it, dismantle it, bend it, rearrange it or remove individual elements.
- Natural and handmade elements: the arrangement may contain real preserved, dried and dyed flowers, as well as handmade shola flowers.
- Structural elements: some flowers may be attached to wooden or metal stems. These are intentional structural components designed to ensure durability, stability and the appropriate height arrangement of the flowers.
Important: the bouquet is a complete decorative arrangement. Unwrapping, bending, dismantling, removing elements or changing the arrangement may cause permanent damage. Mechanical damage caused by customer interference does not constitute a product defect and is not grounds for a complaint or replacement. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the customer is responsible for any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it. If such interference causes the product to lose its entire value, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly, potentially to zero.
