Dried Protea (Repens Cut) – Red – 5 pcs.
Type: dried Protea Repens Cut
Colour: red – dyed
Length: approx. 25-30 cm
Quantity: 5 pieces
Material: natural dried plant
Product description
Dried Protea Repens Cut in red is an exotic floral material with an original and distinctive form. In the Repens Cut version, the petals are intentionally trimmed, revealing the decorative centre of the protea and giving the flower its characteristic, more open shape.
The protea is set on a stiff, woody and leafless stem, further emphasising its raw, natural form. The trimming of the flower is an intentional method of preparing the product and is a characteristic feature of the Repens Cut variety.
The red colouring includes deep shades of red with burgundy and darker tones. Warmer, rusty-orange accents may appear in the central part of the flower head. Natural colour variations mean that individual pieces may differ slightly in appearance.
Uses
- bouquets and arrangements with dried flowers,
- autumn and winter floral arrangements,
- centrepieces, wreaths and seasonal decorations,
- table, interior, shop window and event decorations,
- arrangements in vases and decorative containers.
Characteristic Repens Cut form
The most distinctive feature of this protea is the way the flower is prepared. The trimmed petals expose its centre and give the plant an unusual decorative form. Combined with the stiff, leafless stem, it creates a striking floral element that can be used on its own or as part of a larger arrangement.
Arrangement ideas
- Combine with eucalyptus and dried grasses in natural bouquets.
- Pair with burgundy, brown and beige in autumn arrangements.
- Combine with cream or light-coloured dried flowers for a striking contrast.
- Use as a bold colour and structural accent in centrepieces and seasonal decorations.
Why choose it?
- original form created by intentionally trimming the petals,
- decorative, exposed centre of the protea,
- deep red colour with burgundy and rusty accents,
- stiff, woody and leafless stem,
- durable floral material that requires no watering.
